One minute, Charles and Oliver are peacefully nibbling lunch inside a barrel, and the next they've been loaded onto a ship of pirate sea dogs. Worse still, they overhear the pirates making plans to steal the Queen's gold. Charles is determined to help rescue the treasure. But what can the bravest of mice do? Especially when the Queen's sailors are all cats?

A Note to Parents:

This DVD version of the exciting story features a dynamic soundtrack and over one hundred colorful illustrations by the original artist, animated in an iconographic syle by BJU's TV Productions group. This is a great introduction to chapter books or a help to even the most reluctant reader. Choose the read-along track, and the words will appear on screen. Children can easily adjust the speed of the DVD to match their own reading speed by pausing the program.
